now no more
no outburst of anger
towards the individual
stood my ground
and prevailed
to be a true Bell(e)

i suprised myself
by standing up
to the Dr
even though i was terrified
i fought my battle
and won
i didn't go off the deep end
no explosion of anger
only a suprising boost of confidence
and tears of joy and relief
then alas
sleep is attained
